How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Crimesregulations Pest Control should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Crimesregulations Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work done at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please note that Crimesregulations Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

Filing Your Complaint

Send an email to contact@crimesregulations.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write to Us

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
